Last night we tested out some recipes for next weekend's dinner. We are trying recipes from Vietnam,Thailand and Laos...only the best make the cut! Lots of chilies were harmed in the making of these dishes....We had to bring out the big, heavy, scary mortar and pestle to bash a couple into shape too.
